God Has A Plan For Your Life

If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, you are not yet in His perfect plan for you. If you are a Christian, He had a plan in ages past for the moment you would be born, the moment He would save you and the moment He will take you to Heaven. Within His limit, He let you wander around going your own way from the moment you were born until the moment He saved you. The limit was that He did not let you completely destroy yourself with sin before He saved you. And He has a plan for the life you will lead and good works you will do from the moment He saved you until the moment He will take you to Heaven.

Ephesians 1:4: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

I believe this truth about God*s plans for every individual was taught by David to his son Solomon. Father and son both certainly knew it.

Psalms 31:15: My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8: To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; 7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

This important truth should be taught by every believer to their children and to other believers. When we seek and find our Creator*s will for the moments of our lives we are blessed. We will have peace, joy, satisfaction and a multitude of other blessings that can be found nowhere else. When we are out of the will of our Creator for even a moment, we are in great danger and often miserable. His plan for our lives is the best one. No detail escapes His attention.

Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Psalms 40:5: Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

Psalms 37:23: The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.

Joshua 1:3: Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.

1 Samuel 2:9: He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.

There is delight and safety in God*s will that can be found nowhere else.

Ephesians 2:10: For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Psalms 16:11: Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Aren*t joy and pleasure the things we really want? We cannot find joy and pleasure anywhere else in equal measure to what we will find in His plan.
